Health Spending Accounts accept my services but I do not bill health insurance directly. If you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider I can provide insurance codes for the services rendered. Please note that I cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance.

Discounts

New clients receive $10 off of their first session. This also applies to gift certificates purchased for new clients.

Referral discounts are $10 per a referral. You will receive your discount after your referral comes for their session. Buying gift certificates for new clients qualifies you for this discount.

Tuina

Otherwise known as Traditional Chinese Medical Massage. This is the original modality I was trained in. This style centers around release of acupressure points along acupuncture meridians to release muscular discomfort. This is the only massage I offer that can only be done in 60 minute increments. If you would like to include other massage modalities in the same session they would be performed separately from the Tuina.

Neuromuscular Therapy

This style focuses on releasing trigger points (painful, disruptive nodules in the muscle fibers), improving posture, decreasing pain, and increasing range of motion in the affected areas.

Myofascial Release

A holistic approach to releasing tight fascia to improve pain and range of motion. Rather than focusing solely on the painful area, Myofascial Release focuses on areas of fascial restriction to address the root cause of the muscular dysfunction. This is done by applying sustained pressure in a slow, steady manner to realign the dysfunctional fascia.

Deep Tissue

Application of deliberate pressure is used to break up muscular adhesions, otherwise known as "knots". This promotes relaxation and reduces stress.

Lymphatic Drainage

Encourage the drainage of lymph in the body to lessen swelling and promote overall health. Common for post-surgery recovery. Lessened swelling is usually visible immediately post-session. Clients using compression binders or wraps experience improved fit and comfort immediately following sessions.

Prenatal Massage

Using side lying techniques, Prenatal Massage focuses on relaxation for mom, decreasing swelling, and focusing on common pain points experienced during pregnancy,

Sports Massage

Combines an array of techniques aimed at recovery, injury prevention, and performance enhancement. Can be done during training periods, pre-event, or post-event depending on the needs of the client.

Sinus & Face Massage

A very relaxing way to address stuffy sinuses by opening up the sinus passages throughout the head.

TMJ Massage

Focus on relieving TMJ symptoms. Reduce jaw pain, tension, clicking, and teeth grinding. Alleviates facial pain and headaches.

Cupping

Available as an add-on for no additional cost. Great for increasing circulation, releasing tension, and helping drain lymph in the areas applied. If booking as a standalone session, the 20 minutes allows for two to three large areas of the body to be throughly cupped.

Aromatherapy

Essential oils are an option available at no additional cost.
