Tuina

Traditional Chinese Medical Massage

The modality I was originally trained in. This style of massage centers around acupressure points and energy meridians to release muscular discomfort and provide a sense of balance to your body.

Neuromuscular Massage

Specialized deep tissue

This style focuses on releasing trigger points (painful, disruptive nodules in the muscle fibers), improving posture, and improving range of motion.
